Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to hello@ginandberry.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the item and its packaging.- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or provide a store credit, depending on the situation.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations will not be accommodated as we begin processing your order immediately. -
Refunds
