    Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend reviewing product details and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to hello@ginandberry.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the item and its packaging.

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or provide a store credit, depending on the situation.
  3. Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations will not be accommodated as we begin processing your order immediately.

  4. Refunds
    Refunds are only applicable for cases where a replacement or store credit cannot be provided due to damaged or defective items.
